  • Purpose: conclusion of contract, provision of services, keeping in contact, invoicing, complaints handling.

  • Legal basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(a) consent, (b) performance of a contract, (c) legal obligation, (f) legitimate interest.

  • Duration: until the termination of the contract, or until the end of the retention period prescribed by law (e.g. Accounting Act: 8 years).

4.1. Registration and creation of a customer account

  • Data processed: name, e-mail address, password (hashed).

  • Legal basis: consent.

4.2. Conclusion of contract and provision of services

  • Data processed: name, company name, address, tax number, telephone number.

  • Legal basis: performance of a contract.

4.3. Invoicing and payment of charges

  • Data processed: name/company name, billing address, bank account details.

  • Legal basis: legal obligation (accounting requirements).

4.4. Customer relations and complaints handling

  • Data processed: name, e-mail, content of the complaint.

  • Legal basis: legal obligation (consumer protection).

4.5. Cookies and technical data

  • Data processed: IP address, browser data, cookie identifier.

  • Legal basis: consent (analytics, marketing), legitimate interest (security).
