Before purchasing, please read the General Terms and Conditions and the delivery information!<\/p>\n

1. Login\/Registration<\/span><\/p>\n

Please click the profile icon in the header of the immuno.hu webshop and provide the details required for registration.<\/p>\n

During registration you must provide your full name, a username (login code), your e-mail address and a password, the billing and delivery address and your telephone number. This way we can contact you if necessary regarding delivery and your order. Please provide a working e-mail address!<\/p>\n

You can place your order through our webshop or by e-mail. The immuno.hu webshop is entitled to reject any registration request in which the user provides false or incomplete data on the registration form, or where the data or the circumstances suggest that the purpose of the registration is not the intended use of the website. In the case of an order by e-mail, please provide your billing and delivery details, your contact information and the exact name and quantity of the product you wish to order.<\/p>\n

A registered user may cancel their registration at any time by sending an e-mail to immuno.hu customer service. A registered user may only purchase and act in their own name. The data provided during registration is processed by immuno.hu in accordance with the applicable laws. (See Privacy Statement)<\/p>\n

After completing the registration form, you will receive an automatic e-mail from the immuno.hu webshop.<\/p>\n

You can view the data provided at registration by clicking the profile icon in the header of the immuno.hu webshop. By clicking the My Account menu item, they can be modified as required. If you have already registered, you can log in and shop by entering your login code and password under the Login menu item.<\/p>\n

2. Browsing<\/span><\/p>\n

The products of the immuno.hu webshop are grouped by category on the site. While browsing the products, you can add the items you wish to purchase to the cart.<\/p>\n

3. Viewing the cart and ordering<\/span><\/p>\n

In your cart you can review the selected products, then continue shopping by clicking the \u201cOrder cart\u201d button. Please check the delivery address and the billing address to which we will issue the invoice!<\/p>\n

4. Payment<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers of the immuno.hu webshop can choose from the following payment options:<\/p>\n

Bank transfer: after confirmation of the order placed, please transfer the total amount of the invoice to our bank account.
Cash on delivery: the value of the parcel is collected from you in cash by the postal employee.<\/p>\n

5. Order confirmation<\/span><\/p>\n

We will send you an e-mail confirming your order. Your order becomes active following the confirmation.<\/p>\n

6. Home delivery<\/span><\/p>\n

Our customers can choose from the following delivery options:<\/p>\n

  • by courier service at a pre-arranged time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You can read more about delivery costs under the \u201cDelivery\u201d menu item.<\/p>\n

    On receipt, the buyer must verify that the product they ordered has been delivered to them, and that the delivered product(s) correspond to the order in quantity and visibly in quality. Any complaint regarding the delivered product must be reported immediately to the carrier and to customer service.<\/p>\n

    If the buyer does not accept the delivered product, the cost of the unsuccessful and any repeated delivery shall also be borne by them.<\/p>\n

    7. Guarantee, warranty, service<\/span><\/p>\n

    In the case of products purchased in the immuno.hu webshop, warranty claims can be enforced with the original copy of the invoice and, if available, the guarantee certificate.<\/p>\n

    The immuno.hu webshop provides the guarantee undertaken by the manufacturer for the products it sells. Any warranty or guarantee period differing from this is indicated on the given item or stated in the accompanying guarantee documents.<\/p>\n

    If the received item is faulty or was damaged during delivery, we will replace it free of charge. If this is not possible for any reason, we will refund the purchase price paid. The item can only be exchanged if the original packaging and the accompanying documents are present. The seller's further warranty and guarantee obligations are governed by the provisions of the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree No. 117\/1991 (IX.10.).<\/p>\n

    If the guarantee certificate contains service centre information, please call the telephone number given there.<\/p>\n

    The immuno.hu web shop sells new products only. The purchase price indicated in the product description applies to 1 item, is stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF) and includes VAT. The supplier of the given product is responsible for any inaccuracies in the descriptive text. Models and their technical parameters may change without prior notice. The right to make technical changes is reserved.<\/p>\n

    We accept no responsibility for any errors or typing mistakes arising when the page was uploaded. In the case of promotional goods, the promotional price applies only while stocks last.<\/p>\n

    8. Right of withdrawal from the purchase<\/span><\/p>\n

    The buyer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case the buyer has no payment obligation due to the withdrawal. Cancellation may be indicated by e-mail.<\/p>\n

    The buyer may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons within 14 working days of receiving the goods, pursuant to Sections 4 and 5 of Government Decree No. 17\/1999 (II.5.) on distance contracts. The seller may claim compensation for damage resulting from improper use of the goods. The buyer is not entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal if the packaging has been opened.<\/p>\n

    The buyer bears the costs incurred in connection with returning the goods as a result of exercising the right of withdrawal. In the event of the buyer's withdrawal, the immuno.hu web shop shall refund the value of the goods without delay, but no later than within thirty days. The immuno.hu web shop refunds the purchase price only if the product is returned undamaged and with complete packaging.<\/p>\n

    9. Limitation of liability<\/span><\/p>\n

    The immuno.hu web shop is entitled to amend the terms and conditions of purchase and these regulations unilaterally at any time, without justification or separate notice. Amendments are effective and applicable from the time of their publication. In the event of a price change, the old price \u2013 the price preceding the change \u2013 is valid and will be charged for orders placed before the change.<\/p>\n

    SIMPLEPAY \u2013 ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM<\/span><\/p>\n

    WHAT IS WORTH KNOWING ABOUT THE SIMPLEPAY PAYMENT SYSTEM?
    The SimplePay Online Payment System is developed and operated by OTP Mobil Kft. OTP Mobil Kft. is a member of the OTP Group.
    OTP Mobil Kft. has an extensive service portfolio in the field of electronic and smart device based commerce. Its products are available on the market under the Simple brand name. It currently provides two main services:
    SimplePay Online Payment System: Customers using the service can choose SimplePay's simple and secure payment solution for online purchases. In this case they can handle their payment in the usual way on the SimplePay interface.
    The payment process is identical to the payment procedure offered by banks as part of their similar services. With the security of the user, and thus of the cardholder, in mind, SimplePay continuously monitors transactions during the service and helps to prevent unwanted events.
    Simple mobile application: The Simple mobile application is a Hungarian-developed application that combines mobile purchasing with a number of services that make life easier. You can buy parking tickets, motorway vignettes and cinema tickets, and choose from numerous further services within a single mobile phone application. It is free to download and can be installed on smartphones and tablets running the Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.

    The two Simple services operate independently of each other. Below you will find information about the SimplePay Online Payment System and online purchasing.
    WHAT ARE THE STEPS OF A TRANSACTION?
    1. By clicking the \u201cPayment\u201d button you are redirected to the SimplePay payment page, where you start the transaction by entering your bank card details.
    2. After entering the card details, please check that the data is correct.
    3. Processing of the transaction starts in the banking processing systems.
    4. You will also receive notification of the payment result by e-mail, and you will be redirected back to the service provider's site.
    ACCEPTED CARD TYPES
    Attention! In the case of Maestro and Visa Electron cards, the issuing bank determines whether the card can be used on the internet. If the issuing bank has authorised it, our system is able to accept it.
    SECURITY
    When paying online, after providing the details requested for the order, the customer is redirected from the webshop's payment preparation page to SimplePay's secure payment page, where the card details required for payment must be entered. The merchant does not gain knowledge of the data content of the SimplePay payment page, as it is an independent and protected website.
    WHAT SHOULD YOU LOOK OUT FOR WHEN PAYING?
    About paying by bank card
    \u2022 For cardholders, online payment, just like payment via a traditional POS terminal, is free of charge.
    \u2022 Today it is also possible to pay online with a Maestro bank card. For details, please contact your issuing bank.
    \u2022 Card companies protect the interests of cardholders, therefore if you pay by card and the merchant fails to perform, you may enforce your complaint through a claim submitted to your issuing bank, and if it proves justified, you will get your money back.
    \u2022 Cardholders are identified by the 3-digit verification code found on the card's signature panel \u2013 also known as CVC2 or CVV2 \u2013 (the 3-digit verification code can be found after the card number or after its last four digits). Please handle this code with the same care as your PIN code!
    Safety tips
    \u2022 Security is increased if you request an SMS service from your bank, as a result of which you receive immediate notification of any changes to your account.
    \u2022 Please never enter the four-digit PIN code used for cash withdrawals or purchases when paying online, and make sure not to disclose your card number and the card's expiry date to unauthorised persons!
    \u2022 Always log out of the website after making a purchase or payment! This is particularly important on a computer that is also used by others. To protect your data, we recommend that you shop from your own computer and avoid public internet caf\u00e9s and hotspots!
    \u2022 Please be especially careful when confirming data by e-mail, as it is increasingly common in Western Europe and the United States for unauthorised persons to attempt to obtain data by e-mail.
    \u2022 If you are asked to update your data \u2013 even by merchants where you have previously shopped \u2013 be cautious, as unauthorised persons may act in the merchant's name. In such cases, please contact the merchant in the usual manner to verify the sender.
    \u2022 Further grounds for suspicion may arise if you receive a letter about an overly favourable offer, a prize draw or the cancellation of a product you never ordered.
    \u2022 Card companies never contact cardholders directly, either by e-mail or by telephone! If you receive an e-mail or telephone call in the name of a card company informing you that unauthorised persons have obtained your bank card details, please do not provide your data and notify your card issuer immediately.
    Shopping online
    \u2022 One of the advantages of online shopping is that you can easily compare the prices of similar products, so you can simply and quickly choose the offer most favourable to you.
    \u2022 Before placing an order \u2013 especially when ordering for the first time \u2013 please check the information relating to the webshop (how long it has been operating, how reliable the company is considered to be, whether the general contact details required by law appear on the website, e.g. address, telephone number).
    \u2022 In order to protect their customers, online companies build numerous security functions into their webshops. The security logos of the major card companies displayed on the website (e.g. MasterCard SecureCode) or other encryption features, e.g. SSL codes, all indicate that the online merchant has taken the necessary steps to ensure secure online shopping.
    \u2022 Encryption of communication is indicated by the \u201chttps\u201d in the URL address and by the padlock icon in the bottom right corner of the page or the key icon in the bottom left corner, which display the security certificates when clicked.
    \u2022 With every purchase, save or print your order, its payment confirmation, the data provided at payment and the product description of the goods ordered.
    \u2022 It is advisable to read the webshop's terms and conditions when placing an order, since if quality problems arise with the product or service ordered, it is useful to know within what period you may submit a complaint, under what conditions you may withdraw your order, and when and how you may get your money back.
    Payment by bank transfer in the SimplePay system
    \u2022 If this payment method is selected, the customer transfers the purchase price directly to OTP Mobil Kft.
    \u2022 Our system can only accept transfer orders initiated in HUF.
    \u2022 How the service works: The customer selects the bank transfer payment option in the merchant's web shop, and SimplePay sends the transfer details to the customer by e-mail. The customer settles the amount due via bank transfer in their own e-banking interface. SimplePay notifies the Merchant immediately once the transfer arrives, and the Merchant fulfils the order.<\/p>\n
