    8.2. Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog gyakorl\u00e1sa<\/span><\/p>\n

    Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jogot a Vev\u0151 az erre vonatkoz\u00f3 egy\u00e9rtelm\u0171 nyilatkozat\u00e1val gyakorolhatja, amelyet eljuttathat e-mailben az info@viptel.hu<\/span> c\u00edmre, vagy postai \u00faton a VIPTEL Kft., 6721 Szeged, Fels\u0151 Tisza part 19-20.<\/span> c\u00edmre.<\/p>\n

    A Vev\u0151 ehhez felhaszn\u00e1lhatja a 45\/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 2. mell\u00e9klet\u00e9ben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 el\u00e1ll\u00e1si nyilatkozatmint\u00e1t is, de nem k\u00f6teles r\u00e1.<\/p>\n

    Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1s hat\u00e1rid\u0151ben \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edtettnek min\u0151s\u00fcl, ha a Vev\u0151 a nyilatkozat\u00e1t a 14. nap lej\u00e1rta el\u0151tt elk\u00fcldi. Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog hat\u00e1rid\u0151ben t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1nak bizony\u00edt\u00e1sa a Vev\u0151t terheli.<\/p>\n

    8.3. A term\u00e9k visszak\u00fcld\u00e9se \u00e9s annak k\u00f6lts\u00e9ge<\/span><\/p>\n

    A Vev\u0151 k\u00f6teles a term\u00e9ket halad\u00e9ktalanul, de legk\u00e9s\u0151bb az el\u00e1ll\u00e1s k\u00f6zl\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl visszak\u00fcldeni a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 c\u00edm\u00e9re. A hat\u00e1rid\u0151 betartottnak min\u0151s\u00fcl, ha a Vev\u0151 a term\u00e9ket a 14 nap lej\u00e1rta el\u0151tt feladja.<\/p>\n

    A term\u00e9k visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9nek k\u00f6zvetlen k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9t a Vev\u0151 viseli.<\/span> A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a visszak\u00fcld\u00e9s k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u00e9t nem t\u00e9r\u00edti meg, \u00e9s ut\u00e1nv\u00e9ttel feladott k\u00fcldem\u00e9nyt nem vesz \u00e1t.<\/p>\n

    A Vev\u0151 kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag s\u00e9r\u00fcl\u00e9smentes, hi\u00e1nytalan tartoz\u00e9klist\u00e1val \u00e9s eredeti csomagol\u00e1sban visszaszolg\u00e1ltatott term\u00e9ket k\u00fcldhet vissza. A Vev\u0151 felel a term\u00e9k jelleg\u00e9nek, tulajdons\u00e1gainak \u00e9s m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9s\u00e9nek meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges haszn\u00e1latot meghalad\u00f3 haszn\u00e1latb\u00f3l ered\u0151 \u00e9rt\u00e9kcs\u00f6kken\u00e9s\u00e9rt.<\/p>\n

    8.4. A v\u00e9tel\u00e1r visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9se<\/span><\/p>\n

    A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 a Vev\u0151 \u00e1ltal kifizetett teljes \u00f6sszeget \u2013 ide\u00e9rtve a kisz\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s d\u00edj\u00e1t is \u2013 legk\u00e9s\u0151bb az el\u00e1ll\u00e1sr\u00f3l val\u00f3 tudom\u00e1sszerz\u00e9st\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 14 napon bel\u00fcl visszat\u00e9r\u00edti.<\/p>\n

    A visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9s az eredeti \u00fcgylet sor\u00e1n alkalmazott fizet\u00e9si m\u00f3ddal azonos m\u00f3don t\u00f6rt\u00e9nik, kiv\u00e9ve, ha a Vev\u0151 m\u00e1s m\u00f3dba kifejezetten beleegyezik; ebb\u0151l a Vev\u0151nek semmilyen t\u00f6bbletk\u00f6lts\u00e9ge nem keletkezik.<\/p>\n

    A Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 mindaddig visszatarthatja a visszat\u00e9r\u00edt\u00e9st, am\u00edg a term\u00e9ket vissza nem kapta, vagy a Vev\u0151 hitelt \u00e9rdeml\u0151en nem igazolta, hogy azt visszak\u00fcldte \u2013 a kett\u0151 k\u00f6z\u00fcl a kor\u00e1bbi id\u0151pontig.<\/p>\n

    Ha a Vev\u0151 kifejezetten a legkev\u00e9sb\u00e9 k\u00f6lts\u00e9ges szok\u00e1sos fuvaroz\u00e1si m\u00f3dt\u00f3l elt\u00e9r\u0151 m\u00f3dot v\u00e1lasztott, a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3 nem k\u00f6teles megt\u00e9r\u00edteni az ebb\u0151l ered\u0151 t\u00f6bbletk\u00f6lts\u00e9get.<\/p>\n

    8.5. Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog al\u00f3li kiv\u00e9telek<\/span><\/p>\n

    A 45\/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet 29. \u00a7-a alapj\u00e1n a Vev\u0151t nem illeti meg az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog t\u00f6bbek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt:<\/p>\n

    • a Vev\u0151 utas\u00edt\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n vagy kifejezett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edtott, egyedi term\u00e9k eset\u00e9n;<\/li>
    • olyan z\u00e1rt csomagol\u00e1s\u00fa term\u00e9k eset\u00e9n, amely a csomagol\u00e1s felbont\u00e1sa ut\u00e1n eg\u00e9szs\u00e9gv\u00e9delmi vagy higi\u00e9niai okb\u00f3l nem k\u00fcldhet\u0151 vissza;<\/li>
    • lez\u00e1rt csomagol\u00e1s\u00fa szoftver eset\u00e9n, ha a Vev\u0151 a csomagol\u00e1st felbontotta, illetve ha a licencet aktiv\u00e1lt\u00e1k;<\/li>
    • nem t\u00e1rgyi adathordoz\u00f3n ny\u00fajtott digit\u00e1lis tartalom eset\u00e9n, ha a teljes\u00edt\u00e9s a Vev\u0151 el\u0151zetes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1val megkezd\u0151d\u00f6tt;<\/li>
    • a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s eg\u00e9sz\u00e9nek teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en, ha a teljes\u00edt\u00e9s a Vev\u0151 kifejezett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re indult meg.<\/li><\/ul>\n

      8.6. Nem fogyaszt\u00f3 Vev\u0151k<\/span><\/p>\n

      Az el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jog a fogyaszt\u00f3t \u2013 azaz a szakm\u00e1ja, \u00f6n\u00e1ll\u00f3 foglalkoz\u00e1sa vagy \u00fczleti tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge k\u00f6r\u00e9n k\u00edv\u00fcl elj\u00e1r\u00f3 term\u00e9szetes szem\u00e9lyt \u2013 illeti meg. Gazd\u00e1lkod\u00f3 szervezet, egy\u00e9ni v\u00e1llalkoz\u00f3 vagy m\u00e1s, nem fogyaszt\u00f3nak min\u0151s\u00fcl\u0151 Vev\u0151 a 45\/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet szerinti el\u00e1ll\u00e1si jogot nem gyakorolhatja.<\/p>\n

      The SimplePay Online Payment System is developed and operated by OTP Mobil Kft. OTP Mobil Kft. is a member of the OTP Group.
      OTP Mobil Kft. has an extensive service portfolio in the field of electronic and smart device based commerce. Its products are available on the market under the Simple brand name. It currently provides two main services:
      SimplePay Online Payment System: Customers using the service can choose SimplePay's simple and secure payment solution for online purchases. In this case they can handle their payment in the usual way on the SimplePay interface.
      The payment process is identical to the payment procedure offered by banks as part of their similar services. With the security of the user, and thus of the cardholder, in mind, SimplePay continuously monitors transactions during the service and helps to prevent unwanted events.
      Simple mobile application: The Simple mobile application is a Hungarian-developed application that combines mobile purchasing with a number of services that make life easier. You can buy parking tickets, motorway vignettes and cinema tickets, and choose from numerous further services within a single mobile phone application. It is free to download and can be installed on smartphones and tablets running the Android, iOS and Windows Phone platforms.

      The two Simple services operate independently of each other. Below you will find information about the SimplePay Online Payment System and online purchasing.
      WHAT ARE THE STEPS OF A TRANSACTION?
      1. By clicking the \u201cPayment\u201d button you are redirected to the SimplePay payment page, where you start the transaction by entering your bank card details.
      2. After entering the card details, please check that the data is correct.
      3. Processing of the transaction starts in the banking processing systems.
      4. You will also receive notification of the payment result by e-mail, and you will be redirected back to the service provider's site.
      ACCEPTED CARD TYPES
      Attention! In the case of Maestro and Visa Electron cards, the issuing bank determines whether the card can be used on the internet. If the issuing bank has authorised it, our system is able to accept it.
      SECURITY
      When paying online, after providing the details requested for the order, the customer is redirected from the webshop's payment preparation page to SimplePay's secure payment page, where the card details required for payment must be entered. The merchant does not gain knowledge of the data content of the SimplePay payment page, as it is an independent and protected website.
      WHAT SHOULD YOU LOOK OUT FOR WHEN PAYING?
      About paying by bank card
      \u2022 For cardholders, online payment, just like payment via a traditional POS terminal, is free of charge.
      \u2022 Today it is also possible to pay online with a Maestro bank card. For details, please contact your issuing bank.
      \u2022 Card companies protect the interests of cardholders, therefore if you pay by card and the merchant fails to perform, you may enforce your complaint through a claim submitted to your issuing bank, and if it proves justified, you will get your money back.
      \u2022 Cardholders are identified by the 3-digit verification code found on the card's signature panel \u2013 also known as CVC2 or CVV2 \u2013 (the 3-digit verification code can be found after the card number or after its last four digits). Please handle this code with the same care as your PIN code!

      \u2022 Security is increased if you request an SMS service from your bank, as a result of which you receive immediate notification of any changes to your account.
